Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after they are placed, excluding weekends and holidays. In some cases, processing may take longer during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly if there are any significant delays in processing your order.

Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping methods:

  1. Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days after processing.

  2. Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days after processing.

Please note that delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, shipping method chosen, and the destination address. You will see the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase. From time to time, we may offer promotions or discounts on shipping, so be sure to check for any ongoing deals.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Skin Solutions Day Spa & Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any delivery issues to the best of our ability.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Shipping delays can occur due to various factors, including weather, natural disasters, and carrier-related issues. We appreciate your patience in such circumstances.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. Skin Solutions Day Spa & Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you need to make changes to your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible before your order is shipped.

However, to ensure that we can continue to provide you with the exceptional service you deserve, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment at Skin Solutions Day Spa & Boutique

Cancellation Policy:

  1. 24-Hour Notice: We appreciate at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on our waiting list and to make adjustments to our schedules accordingly.

  2. No-Shows and Late Cancellations: If you fail to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service(s) booked. This fee helps compensate our talented therapists for their time.

  3. Confirmation Reminders: We send appointment confirmation reminders via email or text message 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please take advantage of this service to confirm, reschedule, or cancel your appointment in a timely manner.

  4. Emergency Exceptions: We understand that emergencies can happen. If you have a true emergency on the day of your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation without imposing a cancellation fee.

  5. Repeated No-Shows: Repeated instances of no-shows or late cancellations may result in the requirement of pre-payment for future appointments.
